2. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a concern is investigated.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Automated decisions — not be subject to purely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How to submit a request

Email support@onefaze.ie from the address linked to your OneFaze account. Please include:

  • your full name and the email address on your account;

4. Identity verification

To protect your data, we may ask for information that helps us confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will only use this information to verify you and will not keep it longer than necessary.

5. Response times

We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days and respond in full within one calendar month of receiving a valid request. If a request is complex, we may extend this by up to two further months and will let you know the reason.

Requests are handled free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, as permitted by GDPR.

6. Marketing preferences

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting support@onefaze.ie. Transactional emails (such as order confirmations) will still be sent where necessary.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, we would appreciate the chance to resolve it directly — please contact us first at support@onefaze.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority:
