1. About us

onefaze.ie (the “Site”) is operated by OneFaze (“OneFaze”, “we”, “our”, “us”), based at Circle K Bracetown Service Station, Bracetown, Clonee, Dublin, Co. Meath, D15 W9YX, Ireland. You can reach us at support@onefaze.ie.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide are true and accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including via viruses, bots, scraping, or denial-of-service activity;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or its content without our written permission.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we send you an order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud — and any payment taken will be refunded.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout. We take reasonable care to price items correctly; if a clear error is found, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us if anything is missing or damaged.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are a consumer in the EU you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at your own cost. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Intellectual property

The OneFaze name, logo, brand imagery, product photography, graphics, text, and site design are owned by or licensed to OneFaze and are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

10. User content

If you submit content to us (reviews, photos, tagged social posts, etc.), you grant OneFaze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the promotion of OneFaze. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites and provide the links for convenience only.

12. Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or change all or any part of the Site without notice.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where you are a consumer and the law of your country of residence gives you additional rights.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
