1. What are cookies?

OneFaze is a sole trader business based in Dublin, Ireland, so this policy follows Irish and EU rules: the ePrivacy Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011), the GDPR, and the cookie guidance published by the Irish Data Protection Commission.

1a. How we ask for your consent (Irish rules)

Under Irish law we may only set non-essential cookies after you have given clear, freely given consent. In practice that means:

• nothing but strictly necessary cookies is set when you first land on onefaze.ie;
• “Reject all” is offered on the banner, just as prominently as “Accept all” — you are never nudged into saying yes;
• each optional category (preferences, analytics, marketing) has its own tick box under “Choose options”, all switched off by default;
• nothing is treated as consent unless you actively choose it — continuing to scroll or browse is not consent;
• your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again, and you can change or withdraw it at any moment using the “Cookie settings” button on this page.

2. How we use cookies

OneFaze uses cookies to:

• keep the site secure and working correctly;
• remember your bag and checkout progress;
• remember your preferences and cookie choices;
• understand, with your consent, how the site is used so we can improve it;
• with your consent, measure and personalise marketing campaigns.

3. Categories of cookies we use

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (authentication, cart, security, remembering your consent choice). These are always active.
• Preferences — remember choices you make to personalise your experience.
• Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site. Set only with your consent.
• Marketing — used to measure ad performance and show relevant OneFaze ads on other websites. Set only with your consent.

Exact cookie names and retention may change as we improve the site. This table is reviewed regularly.

Some cookies are set by third-party services we rely on (for example analytics, payments, and advertising platforms). These providers act as independent controllers for the data they collect through their cookies. We only enable non-essential third-party cookies where you have given consent.

• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and others).

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site — for example, you may not be able to sign in or complete a purchase.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, ask for your consent again where required.
