Where does OneFaze ship?

We ship worldwide from Ireland. Ireland: 2–4 working days. UK & EU: 3–7 working days. Rest of world: 7–14 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. You’ll see the exact amount before you pay — no surprise fees.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order ships tracked. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the label is created, and another when it’s on the way.

Do I pay customs or import duties?

Accepted Answer

Orders inside the EU include VAT and have no extra duties. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes charged by your country’s customs — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

My tracking hasn’t moved. What now?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, especially over weekends. If nothing changes after 3 working days, email support@onefaze.ie with your order number and we’ll chase the carrier.

What is OneFaze’s returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.

How do I start a return?

Email support@onefaze.ie with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply within one working day with the return address and next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns the postage is on you — we recommend a tracked service.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. Let us know in your return email and we’ll hold the replacement while your original piece is on its way back. If it sells out, we’ll refund you in full.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Send a photo of the item and packaging to support@onefaze.ie within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return it first.

How do I contact a real person?

When will I get a reply?

Accepted Answer

Within one working day (Mon–Fri, Dublin time). Messages sent over the weekend are answered first thing Monday.

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email support@onefaze.ie with the name and email you used — we’ll resend the confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the label is created we can’t recall the parcel, but you can still return it for a refund.
